I can imagine they will say that they are focussing on the the large customers first and this will lead to larger orders later. When the first large orders come it will be with an appliance partner on board to provide the BOP and potentially with a separate maintenance contractor (although this contractor could be the appliance partner or at least one with close links).
Before it goes retail the whole package has got to be in place. It is worth getting this right as doing this too early could produce dissatisfied customers and the whole project could flouder before it really gets going.
Exactly when is the right time to launch I don't know. Hopefully, not too long.
