All indications are that they dont require any money for quite some time. So in my opinion your question is very hypothetical. Much can happen in the meantime. Hopefully there would be no financing/capital raising until the Nasdaq listing is well bedded in and the sp has climbed to a considerably higher price than current. Whatever they arrange is obviously going to be a cheaper option than the Springtree arrangement that is why they terminated that arrangement.
My own speculation is that a CR or new financing arrangement may not occur until many months after Nasdaq listing. There are posters who claim otherwise and say it is imminent and we will just have to wait and see what actually happens.
