i know i will be condemned as a party pooper, but i must mentions this, DRE a the moment have enough cash for another 12mths of drilling, now , what happens if in 12mths the global economic situation drastically declines because of rising % rates, and DRE is down to their last say $200,000 and they find it very difficult to raise additional funds? what happens than? dosent matter if they have 100T of REE, when credit markets freeze up , when bankers are scared to even lend to businesses that produce income, what are the odds they will be lending money to DRE that has no income? something to think about very strongly in this very much risky macro economic environment we are in, if if dean were to conserve cash later on, the market wont like that as it means the drill rigs stop working and down the stock goes, get it? thats something we all need to keep a very strong eye on.
