New management or BOD have a fresh set of eyes, new contacts in the industry, new opportunities, new pathways to success & I think most importantly a new energy.

As an example, I think when you're put in a position of power & you set a path to success, you sometimes end up with tunnel vision. You're set in your ways, unwilling to change direction at the risk of looking flakey or without direction. Instead of adapting to the needs of the business, clients or changes to the sentiment in the industry. Or because you're so hell bent on getting your plan to fruition you don't see red flags. Sometimes there are forks in the road & you end up taking a wrong turn. Someone else put in a similar position may have taken a left turn when you took a right.

Clearly, what's in place now isn't working, so if this is to continue it needs a new set of eyes on the problem.

Shareholders should also get an explanation as to why the DFC didn't want to throw any money at this & why management wasn't able to secure a bridging loan.
