hmmm
I bought into LPD 'cos I attended n AGM and liked the story.
a couple of guys out in the suburbs of Perth in a lab came up with a new process. from there they got stars in there eyes and good on them. there was a lithium boom and all was possible.
the lithium market promptly collapsed due, probably, in part due to the antics of Tesla.
as a life time supporter of west perth football club ( born in the shadow of leederville oval grand stand) I was horrified when korda mantha was bought in a the mighty cards were placed in voluntary admin.
km took over the board, negotiated with ato, secured finance that was quarantined and put in place a new board. all considered, we are looking forward to a positive 2025 season.
it seems to me we are at a point, regardless of personalities, is does LPD have a future? is the business viable? lithium markets are not strong, but the prediction is they will improve bigly.
will a tiny company like LPD survive against giant concerns in Indonesia and China?
if so, then what?
speaking with great authority on something I know nothing about, calling in km in my limited experience is a positive move. I would like to first see a coach say we can win this despite kicking into the wind in the last quarter. I would then expect a strategy outlined on how we are to accomplish this. a reminder of why we are doing this is customary.
