You bring up a good perspective on it Pro, but as you also said why didn't we get finance, actually why didn't we get finance of any kind. The face of it says the story/technology was not good enough to get us over the line with potential lenders. If we a going to retain the previous strategy of scaling into the phase 1 plant, I would want to see a detailed plan, not just get LPD out of VA.
As far as the current management and BOD I seriously don't know how much was the truth that was told to us over the past few years. The shareholders require management of integrity with a sound workable plan. Not things like "We have revised out approach to financiers and there is increasing interest from non disclosable sources"
