Howdy crew,

I emailed Julian with some sticking points for me should the CR proceed and were I to contribute.

They included:
Greater clarity over cost saving measures including remuneration.

Board and management changes.

Greater clarity over Strategic Metallurgy's involvement and I raised that the conspiracy minded could assume SM was treating LPD as a special purpose vehicle.

What is the plan for fallback positions on negotiations given that if we survive, the otherside of the table knows we are on our knees and if commercially minded, will act accordingly.

I also generally relayed my disappointment in the AGM handling, given the upcoming VA must have been known.

I will not relay his answers in full as I didnt ask permission and in any case, they just have to be taken at face value. I guess I am naive as to to how involved he is with administrators (not very) during this process, so he couldn't answer all of them.

Suffice to say I received answers on the Strategic Metallurgy question (LPD owns all IP in full not SM, which many of you may know but I hadn't researched hard enough seemingly) and on the circumstances of the bridging finance negotiation that failed just prior to the VA announcement. I didn't receive other answers.

I am **reasonably** happy with those answers. On finance, I am unclear how the stumbling block would be resolved if we re-emerge, but I will wait to see what the administrators decide to put forward.

In any case what I received was good context and displayed openess which matters. To me. I would encourage anyone who is interested in salvaging investment money to also contact Julian with your queries.

If you're choking on rage still, I kind of get it but do your best to consider you may not have all the facts (that's not to say I know one way or another where fault for this mess truly lies).
