From what I can gather the process we own has little value in the current market. The legal action has hurried the VA which highlights how vulnerable startups can be. Doesn't matter if the action even has merit and I'm sure Chinese interests know LPD's position. The BoD's waiting plans sunk. Ouch. Might end up being a very good investment for someone with deep enough pockets.
