Good afternoon everyone,

I haven't been here for a while, but we are at such a critical crossroad I wanted to share with you what I think.

At the outset, let me say that I am extremely, totally disappointed in our BoD and furious with some actions taken by Mgt, specifically in moving our capital offshore. I haven't got the time or energy to dwell on that now.

In the communique with Korda Mentha, Option 2 is by far the ONLY positive way out of VA.
Whilst many of you have probably said 'no way', every NON-BINDING indication of a commitment will help LPD enormously.
Even if a contribution is small, and I mean small, it will demonstrate to KM two things; that
(a) there is wide support from shareholders to keep the company going and to get us out of VA asap.
(b) we are NOT willing to see our assets sold off in a fire sale.

Just a small handful of shareholders shouldn't be made to carry the full burden here. If every holder could just put in a small amount, and I mean small, $100, $200, <$1000, KM will see that we're not taking this lying down and we will fight for our company's survival and for the survival of our investments.

A little earlier @EQ posted a copy of his email to Kieran Bright stating his indicative non-binding commitment.
This e-mail is the perfect TEMPLATE for anyone wanting to put their hand up. It's short and concise and all that you need do is indicate the amount you feel comfortable in contributing. As I said, no matter how small, every dollar counts and every shareholders' willingness will go a long way in how we may be treated in the future by the acquiring party.

I agree that we need a totally new figure at the helm.
It would be GREAT to:
1. get Option 2 over the line,
2. see LPD managed in WA
3. have LPD on just 1 continent, not 4
4. have a vital and vigorous new management team.

I emailed Kieran Bright today because I want to succeed and I don't want to see my investment just disappear.
Come on shareholders, "United we will STAND, divided we will FALL".
