I believe some light should be shed here FIRST - before asking for money. For example;

- plan moving forward
- board changes
- funding update
- change of company activities or still staying Chem Tech.
- what is strategic mettalurgy’s position in all this.

Just to name a few.
Then you may get the wary to participate.

As it stands - relying on the geese to flock together, is a flawed concept and destined to fail.
