    It doesn't need to have an operating asset. Plenty of companies don't have an operating asset and continue on the ASX. It indeed currently has $16m debt but how much of that could be clawed back through favourable judgements in the courts? If a small debt remains then a debt restructuring is possible. Look forward to others thoughts
