Re option 2 - I would hate to see a dividend in this possibility - tax implications way too onerous for Aussie holders. It would have to be done in such a way as to be assessed by the ATO as a cap gain or Cap return.
As a long term holder of FAR I would favour an early return on this stock.
What price would I be happy at? Anything above 25c
