Are you sure that this is the case? Is it not possible that the broker that is handling the listing has been accumulating over the past 6 months in preparation for the listing? I really cannot see what would prevent the US broker from buying shares on the ASX and put them in a draw until the listing actually happened. I look forward to your response.
