I think the NASDAQ listing already being factored in refers to the fact that PRR will list on the NASDAQ (albeit eventually) has been factored in. Of course there will be some ultra conservative investors that will wait until the announcement comes before they invest and the traders that will try and get some green on the announcement too, but generally the SP is where it is (partly) because PRR will list on the NASDAQ.
I agree with you totally in that result of the listing has not been factored in and cant be because we arent US investors buying ADR's at a ratio of 30:1.
Following thefitter's lead it is nice to sit back and think of scenario's like say... US investors having a 40mill vol day like we have had a couple of times this week. 40 mill times 30 ..hmmmm That sell side will dry up faster than the bar at the PRR $1 party!
