    That's interesting. You are free to attack me as a person if it makes you feel better but I don't see how it helps any of us make more money which I thought is the point of these forums.

    In posting here I am looking for arguments to convince me that my thesis is wrong. I held Telstra since IPO but sold out in December 2015 as I could only see headwinds going forward. If I am wrong I would love to know why so I can correct my mistake. I am not wedded to my views. If at a future date Telstra's fortunes look more promising I'd be more than happy to buy back in at an appropriate price. Investment is not sport, you don't have to barrack for a team. You buy when something is good value, and you sell when it's not.

    My earlier question still stands - why should investors be confident that Telstra can successfully transform itself?
