Needless to say everyone is entitled to their opinions

There are only 3 possible outcomes which will present themselves at the end of the day

one - meo will drill the artemis site themselves (highly unlikely)

two - meo will finalise the agreement with the current farminee (highly likely)

or

three - every man and his dog will come racing to offer to be the farminee with the agreement falls over ( a possibility - in fact the talks may be already in progress)
