So for the last two weeks the market has been convinced that this things was:
(1) known of for about 30 years;
(2) likely to be blocked by the Saudis even if it was brought to a decent resource;
(3) plagued by ownership issues for ads

so why do you all, and the market, now think these problems have evaporated when there has been no decent release on the matter??
