Peetey u r right there. Plv is not valued by Irvine but cockatoo. The success of plv hinges on the success of cockatoo. At least 2-3 years to commence on the project let alone production at Irvine. If there was no cockatoo there would be no plv. This next phase in 2014 will make or break plv IMO.
