Brett has not had a substantial pay rise. As Head of opps, he earned 500k. As CEO and MD he earns 600k. He has had a pay rise of 20% to perform a vastly more demanding role. Who had the substantial pay rise?
All I can see is Tony having a huge pay cut, from 600k to 65k.
As for Brett's working hours...they would dwarf most people's and for that money, responsibility and upside, so they should.
