Over the last couple of weeks every shareholder have every opportunity to buy as many ASM shares as they like, on market, at or below the CR price.

Below $1.70 was my minimum requirement, many lines were filled.

I am not sure the dilution argument is strong, except for those holders who are unable to top up. For those holders unfortunately, any capital raise will dilutionary. Nevertheless, the business needs a fair bit of capital to continue its various activities, each of which carries considerable risk and potentially considerable reward for those on the field.

The money game is not an equal playing field, never has been.
