Horizon now a genuine TO target? I used to track the average SP that our biggest share holder IMC paid and while I haven't bothered for a while it would be around the current SP although less if they exercised their options. They have held for such a long time that I would think that they would want 40 cps+ in a TO and they have enough to block another bidder. That sort of TO offer would have seemed impossible not so long ago but not now. For the first time in many years Horizon is once again close to being a realistic TO target. OSH, Exxon, Santos to incorporate our fields into the PNG LNG monolith or the stand alone plant they are planning? A TO is not just about commercialising our gas fields, Horizon has some of the juiciest tenements in PNG, relatively unexplored because the company hasn't had the money to do it.
