The HZN SP has always been a coiled spring at 14 cps and can jump quickly once through that level. There is currently insto buying filling orders at 13.5 cps with a few at 14 cps. So their order is probably to buy X million at 14 cps or less (although it could be higher). Brent is nearing $AU 110 and that lifts profitability on our Maari/Manaia oil fields. The lack of news on PDL 10 is also a positive, Minister Pok sent a warning, end of story. The WLNG is the big driver to 20 cps + imo. It could happen this year. For now there is a lot of resistance at 14 cps but that line could be taken out and once gone the SP could jump to 16 cps imo.
