Good point Nailbiter, but keep in mind that the PNG Government has been hit hard by the decline of the mining industry, has a budget crisis and must advance LNG projects. Stanley is the outstanding major gas field not yet commercialised. There is a lot going on as indicated by the company's announcement of 13th July this year.
- PNG: substantial activity and transactions surrounding Horizon Oil’s Western Province gas/condensate resources as PNG LNG expansion and Papua LNG progress to FID by end 2017 and Repsol joins Elevala/Ketu and Stanley joint ventures.
