The Open Auction and Close Auction work as follows.
There would have been a seller(s) of 3,188 at $0.11 (or less), a Buyer/ (most often/frequently a Bot) comes in at $0.115 for 3,187, i.e., 1 less than the sell at $0.11. Hence the Matched Price is $0.11
As they are the highest bidder, their 3,187 is done first, leaving 1 share for the first $0.11 bidder (you in this case).
This is very, very common practice, bordering on normal/expected.
