Based on relative SP, Buying Roc still better than buying HZN
on the value front, I think what we as Roc shareholders need to understand that HZN is likely in the future going get more milestone payments from their PNG gas,
The LNG facilities are short gas, the world is short gas, and this is not the case of potentially waiting 10 yrs for an LNG plant to be built, sell the gas , an produce the condensate
Yes Roc is giving up some cash flow and cash but it is also diversifying and acquiring medium term growth assets that are marginally less undervalued than ROC.
what is does allows ROC/HZN to show an short term , medium and even LT growth profile. They can then acquire more assets to make the investment case even more appealing
