And this is also a reason why I think the proposal is just a SCAM. If it was a big fish, the takeover bid would have already been on the table, with ROC on trading halt. What is the point of making just a non-binding, indicative, proposal, when you know that it would trigger sp running and therefore making your potential future bid less attractive? Must be foolish ...
