Agree Wanga...I have taken similar action, however the longer time passes without ROC rejecting the "indicative proposal" the more possible/likely there is substance to it. I still have some ROC but I feel comfortable with my sell order at slightly above current trading range. If I sell the rest then I will buy more HZN...as your comment said "alea iacta est".
