"Anticipate closing funding agreement within 60x days"
Close of funding:
"Hinged on securing the biogas agreement and also the Hydrogen offtake"
60x Days takes us to November 2nd...
So, hopefully within the next three weeks we will have:
1. Funding Agreement ($9.41m from Arena) closed
2. Biogas agreement secured
3. Hydrogen offtake agreement secured
IMHO, DYOR....
