Not quite at a price (value?) yet.
We already know that it works but the real question is how well it performs in relation to the high expectations.
Personally I need some assurance of the need for the hot reactor other than to try to set the benchmark at the highest level right from the start by being able to control the specification of the graphite output.
Is that too demanding but it could set the levels of royalties and true value revenue extractions.
