Looking at the chart I posted above, imo it was blatant insider selling in the 7 days prior to the TH, and on no public news.
Board/Management credibility took a hit on that, and now we're trading below breakeven of the new shares+options so one wonders what else aren't they telling us.
They're certainly not telling us anything new in the last three video interviews.
