In one of those interviews GC states "We were always going to do a CR after the CDP produced Hydrogen"
Clearly some people knew this (the sellers) while others did not. That would clearly explain the price drop after such a milestone... and why management were't buying on market.
I think management are waiting to get all those cheap shares wrapped up before they tell anybody anything.... after that... things should be different.
Clearly this is a case of the tail wagging the dog regarding timing of announcements.
