It appears to be a far simpler set up than the Hazer CDP. From memory they said 6 months of testing. So just behind Hazer.
The plasma uses much higher temperatures and therefore needs no catalyst. Being a very concentrated heat source it could be more efficient than the FBR used by Hazer. Wait and see what the numbers for each process show/
