Seems there's no company specific bad news (that we know of) driving it down. The recent raise was well supported by directors except for AP Ventures/Andrew Hinkly.
With that exposure, at least they should be trying.
The latest round of the Hydrogen Head-start Funding was announced mid May and it only covers Electrolysis powered by 100% renewables. I think that's a negative with regards to market sentiment towards Hazer in Australia, and the performance of our ASX listed shares. Share-price was around 50c when that announcement came out and has been steadily dropping since despite multiple upbeat interviews with GC.
