We will never see a Hazer plant on an offshore rig. Ever.
That's a main extraction point with huge amount of risks to be mitigated. Nobody in their right mind would add in H2 risk to that.
Also one main reason H2 is expensive is transporting it. Its much cheaper and safer to send gas to land sites where it is needed. Hazer wont be building offshore.
