i wouldn't have thought production tax incentives are relevant to hazer. we licence the tech. the producer gets the credits.
i think we should focus on the countries that have carbon tax and or have significant steel production and refining industries.
e.g. japan, france, canada, south africa.
posco itself owns steel plants in korea, india, vietnam, mexico , china.
