Agree, but the proposed incentives criteria for producers could imply there's no new Arena grants coming HZR's way. R&D rebates could continue, going by GC comments in a recent vid.
The sp selloff began shortly after the Hydrogen Head-start round announced in May. If risked valuations of HZR previously included further grants and thats now being discounted, it could be a reason for the selloff.
