They've provided the NPV so that is the answer you're looking for. 10 projects is $1b, or over 10x today's price. You can apply a multiple but for a royalties based companily the npv is a pretty good way to value it.
So the real question is how many projects. You could arguably assume more than 10 once momentum builds.
