HZR does not have the liquidity for short traders.
In very simplistic terms, say you short sell 100,000 shares, for 40c, to settle in 30 days. You might have 100,000 shares to cover the short, but you need sell those in very strategic trades, to drive the price down. You are successful in manipulating the price down over that 30 days, to 30c, but you've sold yoru 100,000 shares to do so. You then need to cover your short sale by buying 100,000 shares, to have them to sell at 40c. If someone happens to be dumping out at 30c, or they happen to be doing a raise at 35c, great (if you've not had to sell too many too cheap). If not, trying to buy the 100,000 required shares in a stock as thinly traded as HZR, is just as likely to drive the SP up to over 40c. Too dangerous. Better to try your luck with a much more heavily traded stock you think you can help nudge lower with the same games.
