Regular small trades designed in this instance to try and slowly purchase the desired quantity. A large purchase would raise the SP, as this is not a highly traded stock volume wise. Smaller purchases might lure some sellers out of the woodwork. Trading fees such as the $19.95 we pay, are not payable.
