Certainly has a description that fits what HZR are doing.  Western Suburbs of Sydney....

"It is also intended to relocate the business to Perth, WA during 2018 so will require staff to transfer."

That's an interesting line in the description...... I highly doubt HZR would be relocating the PPP to WA.  So what does that mean? Pilot Plant to be built in WA??? Makes sense, that's where the Iron Ore is.....

Also begs the question, why HZR would now be needing more personnel for the PPP, unless it was getting ready for the next scale up......
