You leave out anything to do with the REE. Li rock chips in Brazil is an even longer ordeal. finding any pegmatites and then Hard rock drilling is 6 months to a year away.
Regarding REE: They need to plan a drilling campaign and organise a drill contractor. This is months away assuming its auger, not even diamond drill. Then a month or more for assays. Plenty of time to wait for news.
