Define massive? All depends on what path is taken to finance/progress.
Even if ENV issues another 1.6M shares to match MEI which has a market cap of $600M, based on the current MC it's a Disallowed plus.
MEI is sure to keep increasing in MC once RE prices recover, sure ENV will too. MEI will most likely break the $1B MC barrier in 2024, and possibly go even higher.
Agree there will be some capital raises required, really depends on what the SP is at the time/the structuring used.
Even if the SP gets to $50M or more before significant dilution occurs, anyone holding today will still be absolutely crushing it.
As a few other posters have noted, without any capital raises/based on current resources and assets ENV should be 3 - 4 times the current SP. Definitely room to run before 2B shares on issue, I'm happy to hold until then.
