NO there was no need to raise 68 million $ it was purely an opportunistic play. On top of that they went way too early as others have mentioned, should have let the share price rally and then stabilise. Finally, raising at a meagre 52 cents was the ultimate nail in the coffin - the share price had not even traded anywhere near that price. It was a massive discount to add to massive dilution to add to supermassive continual incompetency.
Once the gap gets closed it will probably rise a bit and stabilise so it is a HOLD
