a salad shop next to my office(Sydney cbd), who had all their tyro terminals down, and the employees there had no idea what to do. So I sent a message to tyro on facebook, they replied instantly and called the shop and scheduled a pick up straight away and return the terminals in around 30mins!!! I would say it wouldn’t take 2 mins for fixing each terminal technically
