Haha pure stock manipulation ?! You are kidding yourself. Coal price is in a hole and coal companies are becoming political dead weight. Is doesn't take a genius to see why this is getting sold down.
nothing management can do about those facts but don't act like there is some underlying scheme to " accumulate" shares etc.
coal is currently in the down part of its cycle....simple.
