My opinion only: Lots on the payroll for such a small cap, heads in clouds, multiple top20 shareholders bailed, presumably failing to reason with management.
But maybe the core of it for me was the A.I. line. Anyone can collate historic info into a spreadsheet/database or model. But is that A.I? When you consider that angle... might have just been trying to milk the AI train.

Anyways : register ended up so weak, and when I dumped my holdings, seems they went into the hands of someone prepared to make a play for it. Might be more gravy train.
