As could be a retaliation to Biden yesterday signing an executive order that places limits on investing in Chinese hi tech industries - quantum computing - AI.
This follows on from bans of advanced semi conductors for which they asked many partners - Netherlands, South Korea - Taiwan I think was in there amongst others that are advanced and have capacity. Will we see another exchange from China? in coming weeks - interesting indeed as is todays sp holding - barely.
