HC is a great stock forum and one of the largest in the Asia Pacific... It's a great Forum because they facilitate a mix of opinions and not only 1 way opinion.
If one needs to be in a forum that only accepts 1 way opinion and bombs anyone else with different views, just go to Telegram EXR Takeover forum..created by the same rosy glasses members here.... its a forum dedicated to only rosy glasses views with 1 thing in common:
- Instead wealth creation...... they preach wealth destruction......could it be a new trend? the love to see your wealth evaporate and still keep on topping up and buying when a company lead pays for drinks?
I've heard of masochist.... but some are extreme......
As for EXR, with today 6 days left for Neil to bring some news.....must be sweating at night after so many promises.... well.... not really, 'hes got a nice little deposit from R&D and must be enjoying shareholders hard earned....
