you are right, should be at least a few dead cat bounces due to Global X - URA, needing to buy in average down etc.
They have not held an Extraordinary Adjustment (EGM) yet, so strictly speaking they will mechanically buy more until then.
However they can elect to buy on ASX or the OTC etc. They had switched about 2/3 of their holding to ASX, due to liquidity,
