Remember GKP, their drill update on the 24th June 2009, didn't seem to fit right with investors and the sp began to drift down ?

If we get an RNS similar to this one, then the same could happen with Range, ie, if pi's mis-interpret the findings! Because of the gas pressure and oil seeps we could encounter tar/old-oil belts at around 1000-1300m, which may be a good sign of larger reservoirs much deeper, and our target depth in this zone may be reached ahead of time?
GKP reached the pay zone quicker than expected after encountering mud problems, then they decided to switch fom a narrow bore to the full size 17.5" bore/casing.
There were multiple oil-seeps in Shaikan, which would explain the tar-belt and old oil encountered at 1100m. I am not sure how much gas was found but believe it was blown to atmosphere for the preference of the sheer size of the multi billion discovery!
The spudding in the Mukhiani MAY SPRING A FEW SURPRISES in the next few weeks..lets hope the updates are not off-putting as were those at SHAIKAN?

Pi's were dumping this stock, fearing something was wrong...at least from the June drilling update. Pi's were totally caught short, but lucky ol' me was snapping up the shares on the cheap, having first been scared out by worried investors...only five days before the 'find'.

EVERYONE TO THEIR OWN DEVICES, but some oil/gas explorers still believe one good indication is SEEPS!
